Digitising Family Photographs & Documents

How it works

Select the photographs you wish to digitise and arrange a quick call to discuss your requirements.

Drop off at my studio in Ashford, Kent or arrange delivery via courier.

If within 45 mile radius I can collect & return for a small fee *

I will carefully re-photograph your original prints or documents, retouching imperfections and restoring to their absolute best.

This includes removing dust, scratches, creases, water damage and colour fading while preserving the authentic look and feel of the original image.

It also includes photographing the back of the print if there is any writing to retain contextual information.

You will receive within 3-4 weeks via a private gallery, a link to download perfectly optimised digital files as both;

A high-resolution master file (ideal for large-format printing, albums, or canvas - 300 dpi)

A web-optimised version (perfect for websites, devices, social media, and family sharing)

Or you can arrange for a personalised USB stick to have your images saved to and returned, at an additional cost.

Original prints returned to your care.

* Should you not wish to part with your treasured artefacts we can discuss the possibility of them being digitally re-photographed in your home with the edits worked on back in my studio
